Organic ceremonial matcha (100g)

Our organic ceremonial grade matcha is first harvest, shade grown and stone milled. It has a balanced umami flavour, sweet aroma and creamy taste, crafted by tea masters using a blend of cultivars in order to achieve the perfect balance to ensure exceptional quality.

How to enjoy 
1. Warm up tea bowl and chasen (whisk) with warm water 
2. Drain hot water
3. Add 2g of matcha powder and 70ml of hot water at 70-80º C (175º F).
4. Whisk the matcha and hot water until foam and bubbles formed
5. Enjoy with wagashi or your favourite sweet treat
